How do I redeem a gift card?

After purchasing a gift card you will receive an email with its confirmation, amount and code to redeem at the checkout process.

How long do I have to use a Gift Card?

Friday Intimates gift cards are redeemable for one year after purchase.

Can I send a Gift Card to another person?

Yes, once you receive your gift card through email you can forward that email to anyone you want.

What are the available shipping methods?

- We provide free shipping on all domestic orders over $75.

- Orders ship via USPS First Class Mail, Monday through Friday.

What is your return policy?

Here at Friday Intimates we love it when you love it! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase we'd be more than happy to help!

Here's how we can help:

We will accept the return of any unused items, with original tags, within 30 days of purchase with the original purchase receipt. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with all tags attached. Hosiery items must be returned in their unopened package. Once your items are received, we will gladly issue a website credit to use on any other piece you will absolutely love. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria, in which case they will be returned to the sender.

Sale items are all final sale. We reserve the right to exchanges.

We do not reimburse or return shipping costs.

Gift cards are final sale and do not qualify for return or exchange.

How do I return an item?

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please mail your products with the original receipt to the following address using a prepaid, insured, and traceable shipping method:
