If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase we'd be more than happy to help you.

Eligible merchandise can be returned to Friday Intimates for store credit within 30 days from the date of purchase. All eligible items must be returned in the original unworn condition with tags and original packaging. Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit. (Please view non-eligible / Final Sale items below.) We will issue a store credit for the merchandise and taxes if applied, but not your original shipping fee. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. All items must be returned with original tags, packaging with barcodes and have return authorization paperwork. If the items apply for return.

Policy Exclusions & Final Sale - Non-returnable - Non-resalable - Include, but is not limited to:

· Items that have been worn or subjected to destructive conditions

· Hosiery without original, unopened packaging

· Bodystockings

· Last Chance Sale items

· Items with removed tags

· Items that smell of cigarette smoke, body odor, or perfume

· Items that have lotion or body glitter on them

· Items that have human & animal/pet hair on them

· Items that are soiled or stained

· Items that have been laundered

· Items not returned in original packaging

· Items not returned as a complete set

· Gift Cards

The above items are not eligible for returns and will be disposed without the customer receiving a store credit.

Gift Cards are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.

Returns are refunded as store credit. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

The customer is responsible for shipping back to Friday Intimates. We strongly recommend adding delivery and/or signature confirmation.
